President / Coach Regina McBride-Smith
Regina McBride-Smith graduated with All American Honors from Ninety Six High School in Ninety Six, South Carolina. Upon graduation she was ranked the second fastest sprinter in the United States and accepted a full track and field scholarship to South Eastern Conference Auburn University. At Auburn Regina became the 60 meter (indoor) and the 100 meter dash collegiate champion. She also ran a leg on the state champion 4x100 meter, 4x400 meter and 4x800 meter relay teams. She received collegiate All American Honors in 1980. Regina coached one season of track and field in Atlanta, Georgia before moving to Tampa, Fl. She has been employed with the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department for the past 26 years. She is an accomplished writer and is the author of a book of short stories and inspirational poetry.
