Neil Rivers

Coach Neil Rivers graduated in 1982 from Immaculata HS in Somerville, NJ as an All-State athlete in football and basketball. He accepted a full four year basketball scholarship to attend Division II St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. He was a top nominee for ECAC Rookie of the Year in his Freshman season and concluded his career in 1986 with over 1,100 points in scoring and All Conference honors as a Junior and Senior. He was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF in May 1986. Lieutenant Colonel Rivers retired from the Air Force as a Senior Reconnaissance Pilot and completed his final tour at US Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL. He has accumulated over 3,000 hours of flying time with over 85 hours of combat time in the Persian Gulf and Bosnia Conflicts. He joined the Trailblazers Staff in 2007 and currently works as a pilot for Delta Airlines.
