Hassan Wajd

Coach Hassan Wajd enters into his 7th year as a servant to the TYAM Organization. Wajd's prior coaching experience spans nearly 10 years, both professionally and as an All-America student-athlete, and includes numerous top performances by both him and the athletes he has mentored along the way. He has attended primary, secondary, undergraduate, and graduate school in Tampa as well as Massachusetts. He also serves as Hillsborough High School's Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant-Head Track Coach. Wajd's accolades include high school all-state honors and collegiate all-america honors in the 60m and 110m high hurdles. Upon graduating from the University of South Florida in 2003, coach Wajd moved on his passion of teaching and coaching, instilling key components and values that were attributed to his success.
